PrivacyPDF provides a free, browser-based PDF compression tool. All processing is performed locally in your browser. Files are never uploaded to any server.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the files you upload and process.
• You must have the legal right to process any file you upload.
• You agree not to use this tool for any unlawful or malicious purposes.
• You acknowledge this tool is provided "as is" without warranties.

4. Free Plan Limits

• Up to 5 PDFs per batch on the free plan.
• Maximum file size: 200MB per file.
• Pro features (unlimited batch, priority speed) available with subscription.

5. Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrivacyPDF is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this tool, including data loss or business interruption.
